Where can AMABILIS be purchased?
AMABILIS sells primarily direct to its customers through the company website and through a mobile platform at local and regional events. In addition, you may find some or all of our products offered on authorized and select affiliate websites. Purchasing through one of these channels will ensure warranty support.

What is the AMABILIS warranty?
AMABILIS products carry a limited lifetime guarantee. Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse. If you fill your bag with rocks and drag it behind for a strength workout or fill your pockets with razor blades, that’s on you! We will repair or replace, free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship at our discretion.

Contact us for specific instructions. All warranty issues will be handled on a individual basis and will either be repaired, exchanged or the cost refunded.

 

Where does AMABILIS ship?
AMABILIS ships to all valid street addresses in the USA. If orders are received by noon PST, we do our best to ship same day, but please allow for 1 to 3 business days for shipping.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

How do I buy overseas?
For international orders, please contact us for a quote.

What about returns?
If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase, please return within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging and include the packing slip it arrived with. In order for us to process a return, you MUST contact us to receive an RMA #.

Upon receipt, you will be refunded the full amount in which you paid in the same form of payment you used when purchasing. Sorry, but we do not reimburse shipping costs back to us. If the item is not in new condition, we will NOT issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.

Exchanges?
Exchanges must be made within 30 days. Item(s) MUST be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, you will be re-funded the difference, minus shipping costs.
